The Wi-Fi connection was disappointing, often dropping out entirely during my visit. The breakfast selection was shockingly limited, with no hot items offered after the first day. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the sea view from my room was obstructed by surrounding buildings and hills, which made me regret paying extra for the view.

Cava dell’Isola offered a stunning beachfront location with breathtaking sea views. The small, family-run atmosphere added a personal touch, making me feel right at home. My room was a comfortable retreat, always impeccably clean, and I loved the spacious terrace where I could unwind. Morning breakfasts were delightful with a great selection of pastries, but the options for hot food were limited. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. The walk down to the beach was steep, which I found to be a bit of a workout, especially on hot days. There’s a lovely beach just down the hill, but be prepared to climb back up afterward. On the downside, I noticed weak Wi-Fi signals in my room, which made it tricky to stay connected. Also, having no dining options for dinner at the hotel was inconvenient, though local eateries were within walking distance. Still, I really appreciated the helpful staff, especially Mario, who provided great recommendations. Cava dell’Isola delivered an enjoyable getaway with beautiful surroundings and a charming atmosphere, but there are areas where a bit more variety could enhance the stay.

We had a fantastic stay with friends at this charming hotel. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the views were breathtaking. Mario and the team made our mornings special with a delicious breakfast. For fun, we explored Ischia Port and Poseidon Gardens. Don't miss eating at the nearby restaurants as well!

The only downside was the 64 steep steps leading back to the road. make sure you're ready for a workout after a day out!
